Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Lead cloud infrastructure modernization on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Optimize system performance using profiling tools and A/B testing
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment excellence
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and serverless computing
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
