Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps) to deliver seamless solutions
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern tech stacks
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blogs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural design abilities
