Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and refactor code to ensure maximum efficiency and speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews and technical discussions.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve defects quickly to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee software stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
