Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfect implementation
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Participate in sprint planning and architecture decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record of delivering scalable web applications
