Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve system performance.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to guarantee the reliability and security of deployed software.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with strong knowledge of backend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
