Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
- Lead security audits and implement best practices
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend/frontend development
- Expertise in at least two modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure services
- Proven experience with microservices architecture
- Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
