Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI models
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune LLM performance and reduce hallucinations
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and A/B testing frameworks
- Develop evaluation metrics for prompt effectiveness and model response quality

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI solutions
- Expertise in Python and prompt orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP principles
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) preferred
