Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data mining and analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Produce clear, concise, and compelling data storytelling presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest data analytics trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the DC/MD/VA or North Carolina market.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
