Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integrity

- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-level executives and stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
- Optimize data storage solutions and implement data governance best practices
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech or data-driven industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms preferred
