Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in retail/consumer goods
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery) preferred
