Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and validate functionality
- Document detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to prioritize bug fixes and feature enhancements
- Perform regression testing on web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Maintain test environments and ensure proper configuration for testing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and REST APIs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
