Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Prompts: Design, develop, and refine sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Model Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and A/B testing of different prompt structures to optimize model performance, reduce hallucinations, and improve response coherence.
- System Prompt Engineering: Develop and maintain comprehensive system prompts that govern the behavior and tone of our AI agents and chatbots.
- Iterative Feedback Loops: Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to analyze model failures and implement corrective prompt strategies.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Create detailed documentation of prompt libraries and methodologies to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
- Client Engagement: Demonstrate the capabilities of our AI solutions to stakeholders, translating technical prompt logic into business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related field with a focus on Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and the mechanics of how LLMs process context.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex prompt issues and derive insights from data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
