Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business performance.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while managing multiple priorities.
