Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Resolve network outages and implement proactive security measures
- Document network topology and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for network-related issues
- Optimize network bandwidth and implement QoS policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network automation (Ansible, Python)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
