Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and network devices
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset management in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system issues and preventative maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and implement basic security protocols
- Assist with hardware upgrades, network cabling, and physical infrastructure projects
- Complete weekly technical skill assessments and certification preparation modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking concepts, and operating systems
- Customer service mindset with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Quick learner with ability to troubleshoot technical problems systematically
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification desired but not required (training provided)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in various office environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
