Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Create clear, concise, and actionable dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain databases and reporting structures to support ongoing analytics.
- Stay current on industry best practices and new analytical tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
