Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and improve data quality pipelines
- Track KPIs and build automated reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
