Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to streamline data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during Weekend Shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
