Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Report Generation: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations (using tools like Tableau or PowerBI) to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract specific data points and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data and ensure high-quality output.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
