Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Develop predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and R
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-level stakeholders
- A/B test design and implementation for optimization projects
- Automate reporting workflows using Airflow or similar tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Python programming skills with statistical libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
