Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPI performance.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to support executive decision-making processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and discrepancies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts, as required.
