Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Weekend Operations Support: Monitor and analyze weekend-specific operational metrics to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation procedures and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Forecasting: Build statistical models to forecast business outcomes and assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating weekend shifts as required by business needs.
