Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with Product Design to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficient in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
