Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, scrub, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, compelling dashboards and reports (using Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Forecasting: Assist in predictive modeling to forecast future trends and business performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a Weekend Shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness and eligibility for relocation assistance to Tucson, AZ.
