Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data models and technical solutions.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and integrity checks to ensure the accuracy of reporting data.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for management, focusing specifically on weekend operational metrics.
- Automate data extraction processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data extraction.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX, or accept relocation assistance to our Ohio location.
