Responsibilities
- Conduct Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to retrieve data from various databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Visual Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Report Generation: Create weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and KPIs for executive leadership.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose data-driven solutions.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes to monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a high-volume or weekend-shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Miami, FL (Relocation Assistance provided).
