Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to forecast future trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Clean, normalize, and manage large volumes of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
