Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in data.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries and interact with various databases to retrieve required data.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand data needs.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Location: Must be eligible to work in the United States (Remote).
