In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets to uncover trends, optimize performance, and drive growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and structure large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analytics & Insights: Perform advanced statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify key business opportunities and risks.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and metrics.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive written and visual reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
