Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support business forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
