Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies
- Create automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting systems and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
