Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or PowerBI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Database Management: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize database structures and ensure data integrity and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing teams to define data requirements and translate business goals into analytical tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Fort Worth, TX area if selected.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
