Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Collaborate with management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Automate data processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
