Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Gather, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, correlations, and patterns.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support business forecasting and strategy.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-friendly insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest data-driven solutions to improve workflow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
