Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise storytelling
- Support data governance initiatives including documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis methods
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- El Paso residency or willingness to relocate preferred
