Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect-tracking workflows
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis across multiple devices
- Develop and maintain test cases and test documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- mentor junior QA team members and share best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
