Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs during night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleansing, and quality control procedures
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround during overnight hours
- Maintain documentation of processes, methodologies, and data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
