Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and ETL tools.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize real-time performance data.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations teams to refine data collection processes and improve data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist (2+ years preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST/PST).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
