Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from global business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
- Experience working night shifts or flexible schedules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
