Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key metrics
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Design automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
