About the Role:
You'll architect scalable cloud-native applications, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical strategy. Work directly with product teams to deliver features that solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering team
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Drive DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipeline improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
