Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and process large volumes of raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within the data.
- Visual Reporting: Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and manage database structures to support ongoing projects.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and assist in strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and complex datasets.
