Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Visualizations: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop detailed reports and presentations that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement data governance best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Washington DC area (relocation assistance provided).
