Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Develop interactive dashboards: Create and maintain compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- SQL and Data Modeling: Write optimized SQL queries and develop data models to support reporting needs.
- Present findings: Present complex data analysis and recommendations to leadership in clear, concise, and persuasive presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in the government, consulting, or financial sectors is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
