Role Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to solve specific business problems.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate product changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience building data visualizations and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
