Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large data sets.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the management team.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to support data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Database Management), Python or R, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
