Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover business-critical insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing and operational strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects preferred
