Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance metrics
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Automate reporting processes to enhance data accessibility and decision-making efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven track record in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL processes
