Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualize Data: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
- Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Extensive experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
