Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Certification in Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Familiarity with Fresno Valley business landscape advantageous
